1. Before making the mould, supply the cap smaple to customer, let the customer confirme it firstly, ensure the cap quality.
2. We insist on making the mould by ourselves, not outside processing.in order to control the quality.
Deliever, Shipping and Aftersales Service
1) Package detail:
● Outside package: standard export wooden case;
● Inner package: Stretch film; we spread anti-corrosive oil on the surface of the mould and then cover with plastic waterproof film.
● Spare parts together with the machine shipment.
2) Port:
● Any port in China, mainly in SHANGHAI and NINGBO PORT
3) After-sales service:
● If the main parts of the machine are damaged under non-human conditions within one year, we’ll provide new one for free.
● Eatra spare parts always avaliable:we have one 500m² warehouse to keep the spare parts, if customer requires more extra spare parts, such as mould part, electric part, o ring, etc., they are always avalible.
