1. Formwork

The bottle cap capping machine usually does not require our planning, and can be ordered directly from the manufacturer of the standard mold base, which greatly saves the time required to plan the mold, so it is called the plastic mold standard mold base. It constitutes some of the most basic structures of plastic molds.

2. Mould

Some of the mold core is the center of the plastic mold, and it is the most important part of the mold. Some plastic products are formed in the mold core, and most of the processing time is also spent on the mold core. However, compared to some relatively simple molds, some have no mold cores, and the products are formed directly on the template. Most of the early plastic molds are like this, and they are relatively backward.

3. Auxiliary parts

The commonly used auxiliary parts of the plastic mold of the bottle cap capping machine include positioning ring, sprue bushing, thimble, grab pin, support column, ejector plate guide column guide sleeve, garbage nails, etc. Some of them are standard parts. It can be directly ordered together when ordering the mold base, and there are also some requirements for their own planning.

4. Auxiliary system

There are four auxiliary systems for plastic molds: pouring system, ejection system, cooling system and exhaust system. Sometimes, because the plastic materials used need to be heated at a high temperature, some molds will also have a heating system.

5. Supplementary settings

The accessory of the plastic mold is provided with eye holes, KO holes, and so on.

6. Dead angle treatment structure

When the plastic product has a dead angle, the mold will have one or more structures to deal with the dead angle. Such as sliders, inclined roofs, hydraulic cylinders, etc. In some domestic books, this arrangement for dealing with dead ends is described as the "core removal arrangement".
